How it Works

This is a confidential, buyer-led process designed to keep things simple and discreet.

 

  1. Confidential intro (10–15 mins)
    A quick conversation to understand what you’re thinking and whether it’s worth exploring.
     
  2. High-level snapshot
    We cover revenue/earnings range, team size, what you do day-to-day, and what a “good outcome” looks like.
     
  3. Indicative view
    We’ll tell you if it looks like a fit and what a realistic pathway could look like (timing + next steps).
     
  4. NDA + diligence (only if you want to proceed)
    We’ll request information progressively. You stay in control of what you share and when.
     
  5. Offer → settlement → transition plan
    If it stacks up, we move to a written offer and agree a practical transition that protects staff, customers, and continuity.
     

What we need to give an indicative view (bullet list):

  • Last 2–3 years sales + earnings (a P&L is ideal)
     
  • Team size + owner role (what only you do today)
     
  • Customer mix (high level only — no names required initially)
     
  • Why you’re considering selling + preferred timing
     
  • Any key risks you’re aware of (leases, dependencies, disputes, etc.)
     

Confidentiality note:
We don’t publicly list businesses. If you prefer, you can keep the business name private until an NDA is in place.
